We teach Transformation Yoga, as we have found that this type of Yoga goes to the essence of what Yoga is really about, at the same time as being ideally suited to busy Western lifestyles. The Centre offers a range of Yoga, Aqua Yoga and Meditation Foundation classes, as well as individual Yoga Therapy and Yoga Days
