Most people find that their minds are constantly busy chattering. Learning to still this ‘chatter’ with Meditation Foundation can leave you feeling more at peace and enable you to focus better on any given task at hand. We have found this to be one of the most valuable ways that our patients and students can enhance their health and wellbeing on all levels.

Meditative techniques have been proved to be beneficial for patients with high blood pressure, stress and other health problems. In practice we have found that there are very few people who would not benefit from learning a meditative technique, and we sometimes wonder how people manage without it.

Meditation foundation will easily fit into even the busiest life; indeed, the busier you are, the more you will appreciate the benefits. It can be used in a spare few minutes, or for longer when you are able. It is an excellent way to begin and end the day, and can be used whenever you are feeling out of sorts, or wish to re-establish your connection with an inner sense of peace and your inner self.

Meditation Foundation is taught in a single 2 hour small group class; individual sessions are also available. Group classes are held periodically throughout the year; individual sessions are arranged on request. Meditation Foundation is Stage 3 of Transformation Yoga. However, you do not need to have taken stage 1 or 2 Hatha Yoga classes first.
