We all need to put aside some time for ourselves, to bring us into balance and enable us to put more into and get more out of life. Our Yoga Days are an opportunity to really nurture yourself, and you can expect to go away feeling more relaxed and revitalised.
Yoga Days are a good introduction to yoga for those wishing to try it for the first time, but also cater for more experienced yoga students. The programme is always different, but will include stage 1 and 2 class options, as well as a relaxation class and other varied sessions. For example, the day may include desk yoga, yoga for travelling, aqua yoga, advanced posture and breath work etc.
We are also able to tailor programs for the workplace or school, and yoga may form all or part of this programme. For example, we can provide desk or office yoga sessions, as well as sessions specifically designed to help groups with posture, back problems, repetitive strain or stress. As an employer, you may be looking at ways of preventing health problems and improving your team’s wellbeing; we can provide practical tools to help.
